Why Volunteer at CARE?
Simple: we know there are a LOT of organizations you can dedicate your time and energy to, and we don't take the tireless commitment of our volunteers lightly. Our staff is inviting, welcoming, and caring to any individual who shares the City of St. Louis' No-Kill mission and values.
(Also, we personally believe our volunteers are some of the most awesome people around; so not only are you able to help the coolest animals out there, but you're also joining a family of caring, compassionate people.)
How to become a CARE Volunteer:
-
Be 18 years of age or older. If you are younger than 18, you must have a parent present to join in volunteer activities.
-
Read and agree with our Volunteer Guidelines.
-
Sign up for and attend a Volunteer Orientation.
