CARE STL strives to be a resource to its City's residents. Sometimes things happen and you're unable to keep your pet. If you're needing to surrender your pet to our shelter, please fill out the following form. Completion of this form does not guarantee CARE can or will take your animal(s), it's to help us determine the best way to assist you and your pet(s).
