Overnight sleepover?
If you are unable to commit to fostering, but want to give a dog a break—think overnight sleepover. Our shelter pups would love a mini-vacation with you! Whether it is time at the park or cuddling up at your home, you will make our dog's day by spending time with them.
Straycation
Our dogs are available for overnights, weekends and short-term fostering! A break from the shelter and time to relax in a home can help a dog immensely, while also giving us important information. It's as easy as 1-2-3.

Decide how long you would like to take a dog for a Straycation.
Visit the shelter at 2700 Walnut Place. You can fill out our foster application in advance or when you arrive at the shelter.

Tell us more about your home, lifestyle and experience. One of our adoption counselors will help you find the perfect buddy for your Straycation and we'll provide you with everything you need for their visit!
