Major Ryan Cousins entered the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Academy in 1995 and has served the citizens of the City of St. Louis for over 24 years.
Major Cousins has served as a patrolman in the 6th District, as well as a detective in the Vice-Narcotics Division, the Crime Suppression Unit, and the 6th District Bureau, before being promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2007. As a Sergeant, Major Cousins supervised district officers and detectives in the North Patrol Special Operations Unit. In 2010, Major Cousins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant where he served as a 6th and 8th District Lieutenant and the Commander of the South Patrol Special Operations and Rapid Deployment Unit.
Major Cousins was promoted to the rank of Captain in 2015 served as the 3rd and 6th District Commander. He also served in the Bureau of Professional Standards, as well as CALEA. On September 23rd, Major Cousins was promoted to the rank of Major and was the Commander of the South Patrol Division. He currently serves as the Deputy Commander of the Bureau of Investigative Services.
Major Cousins has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State as well as a Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.

Julie Tristan is the host of "The Wake Up with Bret & Julie" mornings on Y98 St. Louis & she does an afternoon drive from 3p-6p on 102.5 KEZK! She's also an MMJ Reporter, Anchor, and Producer for HEC Media's "Spotlight STL" airing on KPLR 11 Sundays at 9:30am. She also makes time to run her production company 8 Dogs Video where she is a freelance videographer/editor/host at www.8DogsVideo.com
Tristan is an Emmy Winning Multimedia Journalist who has over two decades of experience as professional photographer,
writer and editor, working in both television and radio.
She was most recently the host of "Billy & Julie in the Morning" on 103.3 KLOU-FM. Prior to that she was an MMJ Reporter/Anchor for "Show Me St. Louis" on KSDK-TV. She was also the News Anchor for "STL Now on ABC 30" on KDNL-TV and worked weekends on 106.5 The Arch, 102.5 KEZK & Movin 101.1.
Tristan is an animal advocate, foster, volunteer and has 5 senior rescue dogs. She was named the Philanthropist of the Year by a local animal rescue and is one of the most requested emcees in town for local charities.
She grew up in St. Louis & went to Mizzou .

Potestades

Términos
(un) Todos los directores serán elegidos para servir un término de tres años. Sin embargo, el mandato puede prorrogarse hasta que se elija un sucesor.
(b) Los mandatos de los directores se escalonarán de modo que aproximadamente la mitad del número de directores finalicen sus mandatos en un año determinado.
(C) Los directores pueden servir mandatos en sucesión.
(d) Se considerará que el mandato comienza el 1 de enero y termina el 31 de diciembre del segundo año en el cargo, a menos que se prorrogue el mandato hasta que se haya elegido un sucesor.
Calificaciones y Elección de Directores
Para ser elegible para desempeñarse como director en la junta directiva, la persona debe tener 18 años de edad y ser un afiliado dentro de las clasificaciones de afiliados creadas por la junta directiva. Los directores pueden ser elegidos en cualquier reunión de la junta por el voto mayoritario de la junta directiva existente. La elección de los directores que sustituyan a los que hubieren cumplido su mandato se efectuará en el mes de enero de cada año.
Vacantes
La junta directiva puede llenar las vacantes debido al vencimiento del mandato de un director, renuncia, muerte o destitución de un director o puede nombrar nuevos directores para llenar un puesto de la junta previamente vacante, sujeto al número máximo de directores bajo estos estatutos. .
Dionne Flowers representing the 2nd Ward is a native St. Louisan, and a graduate of Rosary High School. Flowers has attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a licensed barber. For the past several years she has worked in a family-owned hair-care firm, Golden Shears, in nearby Veronica Park. Dionne is married to Eric Baker.
